April 11, 2025 - Covenant Enforcement Hot Topics

Living in an HOA requires owners to abide by its covenants or they will be [drum roll please]… enforced. One would think this goes without saying, but you might be surprised (or not) to find out that some of the most obvious issues can become a bone of contention. Thus, the topic of our latest workshop where our presenters dive into “hot” covenant enforcements issues (pets, drones, and more) and methods to enforce them.

Community associations serve an important role in the larger realm of environmental and energy sustainability. As technology and infrastructure continue to improve, communities are poised to embrace innovative measures and serve as models to facilitate energy efficiency, waste reduction, and energy conservation. Our presenting attorneys will discuss the advantages and challenges of investing in energy efficient technology, navigating the current regulatory framework, funding projects, and overcoming practical challenges.
