Jonah Hunt and Marcus Wile Secure Favorable Jury Verdict

Jonah Hunt and Marcus Wile recently obtained a full defense verdict in favor of a condominium association. The condominium association had been sued by two former owners for allegedly failing to maintain a roof which resulted in mold in the owners’ unit. After a five-day trial, and despite the plaintiffs’ presentation of multiple expert witnesses, the jury found against the owners on each of their three claims and denied them any of the $1.3M+ in damages they were seeking.
