Kelly G. Morrow is an attorney with Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC serving as general counsel to community associations on a wide range of transactional matters, including, drafting and amending governing documents and policies, document interpretation, real property matters, contract preparation/review and negotiation, insurance review, and risk management. In addition, Kelly has assisted developers in establishing new community associations.
Kelly is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and California. Prior to joining Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, Kelly focused on general real property matters, title review and insurance, construction, development, and other business related matters.
