Kelly’s practice has focused exclusively on working with common interest community associations since 2013. Kelly currently serves as general counsel to a number of community associations, but has an extensive background in collections and covenant enforcement litigation as well. As general counsel, Kelly advises clients on day-to-day operations and affairs, developer transition, association governance, insurance, fair housing, dispute resolution and various other matters. Kelly also provides Board member and manager education and training, drafts and amends governing documents, and reviews and negotiates contracts.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Kelly managed community associations and commercial and residential rental properties.
Outside of her law practice, Kelly enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs.
