Joseph has been a Colorado attorney for over ten years. Having grown up in Florida, Joseph moved to Denver in 2009 after finishing law school. Prior to joining Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, Joseph served as a prosecutor for seven years for the City of Aurora. He has also previously clerked for a District Court Judge in Adams County. Joseph has experience in the courtroom, filing motions and handling appeals in District Court, as well as before the Court of Appeals and State Supreme Court. Joseph now brings this experience to assisting associations in covenant enforcement and litigation matters.
Outside of law practice, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, including his two dogs. He and his wife enjoy the cultural offerings available with DPAC and have been members of the Colorado Opera for many years.
